My Pastel art
W.A.L.T: Blending and shading using oil pastel media
I tried blending it to make it look realistic
This is how I did It
1. First I drew a circle for the moon using a compass.
2. Then I use the pastel colors which are Black, red, orange, and yellow.
3. After that I blended the colors together by using a tissue.
4. Then once I was finished blending the colors together I decided to do a Blood Moon look for the moon
5. Then once I finished with the moon I drew a a black line
and darkened it
6. After that I drew a boy gazing into the moon.
One thing I think I could have done better is the shading the moon and the boy gazing into the moon.
How do you think I could have improved.

Pastel Abstract Art
This is my piece of Pastel Abstract art
Today we are posting work that we have recently been working on, and I decided to post my Pastel Art
When I was working on this piece art my main goal was to try and blend the colors. I personally think that I didn't do as well as I could of, but blending the pastel colours together is actually difficult.

Create an fantastic Geometric art of M.C. Escher.
Today in Totara class we created art in the style of M.C Escher.
1. We had to watch a video about M.C Escher.
2. Then we had to make a stencil to trace around out of card.
3. Next we had to trace the out line of our stencils on our paper.
4. After that we had to draw different designs to fill the inside the blank space.
5. Finally we had to go over all the lines in vivid and color it in.
I did not color it in and go over it with vivid because I did not have time.
I think that that if we do this type of art again I will do a different shape.
(Question for every one) What do think I could work on.

Jim Dine Art
W.A.L.T
Draw a tool in the style of Jim Dine.
Today I have drawn A Hammer in the style of Jim Dine, by using shading which was made from charcoal. (I tried to make my shading a bit more deeper but it doesn't show in the picture)
(I think that I could have done better
if I toke my time instead of rushing)
(Question for everyone) What do you think I could work on?

Abstract Art.
W.A.L.TFind an artist style or an image that we like and sketch it copy it.
1. We had to find a drawing that we liked.
2. Then we needed to draw it on a piece of paper.
3. After we had finished we had to take a photo of it and then post it on our blogs.
I enjoyed drawing this type of art and hope we will continue doing this type of art.
Something that I could work on is my strokes.
(Question for everyone) What do you think I could improve on?
